Notification procedure for changing and supplementing registration and other data of a legal entity, branch (representative office)

      Amendments and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) shall be made at:

• change of location of a legal entity;

In case of change of the location of a legal entity belonging to a private business entity, branch (representative office), except for a joint-stock company, branch (representative office), a document confirming the location of the legal entity, branch (representative office) shall be attached in addition to the notification.

If the owner of the premises is a natural person, a notarised consent of the natural person to provide the premises for the location of the legal entity shall be submitted.

The exception is the case of changing the names of settlements, street names in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Failure to timely notify the registration authority of a change in the location of a legal entity shall entail administrative liability in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• change of the head (appointment of the head, appointment of the acting head, appointment of the manager of the property and activities of the legal entity, removal of the head);

• transfer of a share of the authorised capital into trust management;

When transferring a share of the authorised capital to trust management, a notarised trust management agreement shall be submitted in addition.

• increasing the authorised capital of business partnerships;

• change of the main type of economic activity;

• adding a secondary economic activity;

Presence of judicial acts, rulings (bans, arrests) of bailiffs and law enforcement agencies are grounds for leaving the electronic notification without execution with notification of the applicant.

The legal entity, branch (representative office) shall be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the entered data.
