For state registration of termination of activity (liquidation of the company) of a legal entity on the grounds of liquidation shall be provided: 1) application for state registration of liquidation of a legal entity in the form established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) decision of the owner of the property of the legal entity or a body authorised by the owner or the body of the legal entity, authorised by the constituent documents, sealed with the seal of the legal entity. If the legal entity is a subject of private entrepreneurship, sealing of documents is not required;

3) a document confirming the publication in periodical printed editions distributed throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information on the liquidation of a legal entity, the procedure and terms of claiming by creditors. Application for state registration of liquidation of a legal entity shall be submitted to the registering authority not earlier than after two months from the date of publication of information on liquidation of a legal entity;

4) document on destruction of the seal of the legal entity (if any);

5) a document confirming the payment to the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” for the state registration of termination of activity of a legal entity which is a commercial organisation, except for legal entities which are subjects of small and medium-sized businesses;
