Business visa for entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan (Business Immigrant)

Kazakhstan is one of the most attractive countries for doing business. Therefore, hundreds of branches and representative offices of foreign companies, as well as Kazakhstani companies with foreign participation, are registered in Kazakhstan every year.

BUSINESS VISA (C5)

In order to open a company or become a member of a Kazakhstani company, a foreign citizen needs a BUSINESS VISA (C5). This visa category entitles a foreign citizen to engage in entrepreneurial activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Currently, visas of this category are issued for up to 90 days with further extension up to 1 year. Business immigrant (business visa visa category C5) is issued by the foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of an invitation, if available:

• Motion;

• medical certificate confirming the absence of diseases, the presence of which prohibits the entry of foreigners and stateless persons into the Republic of Kazakhstan

• health insurance

• a certificate on the presence or absence of a criminal record issued by an authorised body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence

• certificate on the presence or absence of a ban on entrepreneurial activity on the basis of a court decision, issued by an authorised body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence.
